Shipping in India is free

We ship only to shipping addresses within India and not to Post boxes, APO and FPO addresses. An order can be shipped to only one location.

International Delivery

We offer international shipping all over the world. The shipping costs for all international deliveries will be incurred by the customer.

Customs Duty

Any customs duty or taxes levied for delivery outside the home country will be paid by the customer.
Request to change the shipping address will have to be communicated to us before the order is shipped. Any order once shipped, cannot be cancelled or diverted to a different shipping address.

Delivery Time

We deliver within 12 to 20 business days from the date the order is placed.

Track order

A tentative delivery date/time will be given along with the order confirmation email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready for dispatch. Alternatively, registered customers can track their order by clicking Track order and find the order status.

Delivery

Three attempts to deliver the package will be made by our courier partners. If the consignee is unavailable during these attempts, then the local courier office has to be contacted to arrange delivery of the package. A delivery confirmation email will be sent as soon as we receive a notification of order delivery from our logistics partners. In case you have not received the package, please contact us within 3 business days from the date of our delivery confirmation email. SFPL will not be responsible for any 'lost package,' or 'did not receive delivery' beyond the time mentioned above.
