Cancellation policy and modifications policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. However, if there are any changes in the details you provided at the time of submitting your order, please do write to our customer care team. Please do remember to include the order id in the subject line of your email for us to respond faster.

  • Goods will be exchanged only if Wrong Product has been shipped that does not match with order placed. Please send an email with details to our customer care team. Our team will advise on the best course of action to get the correct order.
  • To be considered eligible for return, an order must be returned within 12 days of its ship date in case of domestic orders. In case of international orders, the items must be returned within 21 days of its ship date.
  • SFPL will only accept returned products that are in good and unworn condition.
  • SFPL will not accept products that have been altered or adjusted in any way.
  • Any package received at our returns desk that does not meet the aforementioned requirements will be sent back to the client.

ALTERATIONS:

SFPL makes ordering custom clothes online stress free with the promise to 'get it right the first time.' If there is a problem with the fit or style of the product, we will alter/fix/correct the product to match the exact size or style that was ordered for no extra fee. If we think that the changes required are unalterable, we will gladly remake it free of charge.
